CARPET & AREA RUG CLEANING
Carpets and area rugs have a tendency to trap dirt, dander, and pollen with daily use. These trapped particles can create health irritants as well as unsightly concerns. Over time, this build up of soil and dead skin cells, will start to affect the appearance of your floor coverings, making them look dingy and dirty in frequently used spaces. Without regularly cleaning, these particles can actually start to scratch the surface of your flooring fibers, creating a worn fiber surface that starts to refract light differently than undamaged, less used nearby fibers. These"traffic patterns"of damaged fibers, typically found in walkways or other well used areas, can remain looking dingy even after professional cleaning, if the damage isn't caught in time. Most carpet manufacturers recommend to have your carpets cleaned at regular intervals (often every 12-18 mo) as a condition of your carpet's warranty.
